Dr. Beth Ann Damas was born and raised in Lemont, Illinois. In 2005, she graduated as one of only five students with a dual DDS and MS degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Damas entered the private practice of general dentistry in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, Dr. Damas entered the endodontic residency program at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan. She completed her residency training in 2010.
Dr. Damas is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. Her expertise includes regenerative endodontics in adolescents and she has presented this research to various study clubs nationally. Dr. Damas completed her American Board of Endodontics Diplomate certification in 2015 which is the highest academic achievement in the profession.
Dr. Damas resides in the southwest suburbs with her husband, two young children and dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and creating art projects.

After working a few years in private practice in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Iampaglia relocated to Chicago where she was accepted into the Post-Graduate Program at the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry. She earned a master’s degree (MS) in Oral Sciences while immersing herself in research projects, including extensive research in biomodification of root dentin using bioactive agents.
Her passion for endodontics led her to pursue and complete her Postdoctoral Endodontic Certification and upon completion of the program, Dr. Iampaglia received her specialty license to practice endodontics.
Dr. Iampaglia resides in Naperville with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Ruby. She is fluent in three languages and can communicate with patients in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Outside of work, she loves to cook, bake and listen to music.

Dr. Morgan McCall was raised in Oak Park, Illinois. She graduated from Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine (Downers Grove, Illinois campus) in 2020. Here, she served as the vice president and president of her dental fraternity, Delta Sigma Delta. She was also the class representative for the Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society.
Following graduation, Dr. McCall completed a General Practice Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she provided comprehensive and complete inpatient and outpatient dental care within the hospital setting. After a year of private practice, Dr. McCall entered the endodontic residency program at Marquette University where she obtained her certificate in endodontics and a Master of Science Degree.
Dr. McCall is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. McCall has also provided volunteer dental care to an impoverished local community of the Dominican Republic and is eager to continue giving back to those in need.
When Dr. McCall is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys trying new restaurants in Chicago and golfing with her husband.
